What is ENDURANCE?
ENDURANCE is an Erasmus+ project that will develop a green acceleration methodology for EU clusters to integrate green growth, eco-innovation and European Green Deal strategies and scenarios in SMEs and startups, thus supporting the green transition by channeling through clusters the knowledge that will facilitate the sustainable reconversion of the European industrial fabric.
What are the goals of ENDURANCE?
- Green business development: to help EU clusters acquire the tools and skills to cultivate and incubate innovative green business development within their own members.
- Knowledge-sharing on sustainability: to guide clusters in providing SMEs with tailored support when it comes to knowledge-sharing and services on sustainability.
- SMEs and start- ups: to nurture green and social impact SMEs and start- ups to accelerate their success as companies with purpose.
- Triple-bottom-line business philosophy: to encourage clusters’ companies to thrive to be the best in their sectors and to attract the best qualified workers.
- Growing green sectoral skills: to ease the green transition via upskilling and reskilling by supporting a teaching ecosystem for VET that is hands-on and work oriented.
What will be the results of ENDURANCE?
- Green Acceleration Methodology: a methodology with defined, transferable, and effective acceleration scenarios, which will serve as a compelling and practical roadmap for other European clusters, regardless of their sector of industrial activity.
- Audio-visual Kit: a series of videos boost SMEs and startups’ knowledge on concepts, best practices and strategies related to the European Green Deal to facilitate the green transition through upskilling and reskilling.
- Facilitator’s Guide and Toolkit: a methodology and materials for EU cluster management teams to implement their own green acceleration workshops.
- Policy Paper: a paper to collect the experience and knowledge gained by the partners and to offer possible solutions and measures that can be taken to support clusters as a crucial tool for the necessary change towards a green transition in Europe.
